In the prior article below, I suggested options for planning holiday orders and events. I would like to expand on that spirit by adding the ever-festive element of wine. If you are planning a party with items from our menu, a further knowledge on our wine selections may prove useful. I will preface this suggestion by adding that while we are not licensed to offer alcoholic beverages for the offsite services we provide, wine as well as beer are welcome additions to your party held at any of our locations. Also, you may want to consider suggested wine parings to go with any of your future carryout or curbside orders.
That is why I invite you to the wine pairing event at our Brownsburg location. For only $19.99 you can taste a flight of four of our wines paired with a variety of our pizza crusts, sauces, and toppings. When paring wine many elements come into play. We’ll explore how these characteristics from the wine including flavor intensity and texture relate to those in the pizza crusts and sauces. Enjoy a bonus course featuring our famous breadstick and slider with our Classic Red Sauce marinara dip. While this package will not offer samplings from across our menu, the selected pairings provide balanced examples with the different crusts and sauces. Overall, we’ll offer a fun and educational evening where you and your guests can meet others while enjoying delicious food and wine.
Advance reservations are required as seating is limited. At Noble Roman’s, we value your guest experience and safety so we will be seating parties in the event space at tables of two, four, six, or whatever the reservation constitutes.
