What’s a Mediterranean Flatbread Pizza?
The authentic, artisanal flatbread crust is made daily from high-protein flour, olive oil, eggs, Greek yogurt, and rosemary. Baked thin and crisp once guests have selected their favorite toppings, the pizza is then drizzled with Noble Roman’s creamy Greek sauce.
